Recruit and Retain

55% of workers in America are planning to look for new jobs. Though the reasons vary behind why employees are seeking new job opportunities, the challenge for businesses to retain employees still emerges. Here are some tips to attract and retain good employees:

Offer competitive benefits. PSS can help you with health insurance and retirement options.

Get employees paid faster. Use direct deposit for quick pay and offer debit cards for those without a bank account.

Pay employees more frequently. Most people live paycheck to paycheck so weekly is a great option.

Do employee evaluations to access the needs of the employee and the business.
