When opening a new business it's pretty daunting to figure out what companies you should be working with, especially something as important as payroll. When I asked a few of my friends (who own businesses in Philadelphia) who they use for their payroll services they ALL said Payroll ServiceS. Our experience with them has been top notch. It's so refreshing to know that customer service still matters! They were so helpful when we were setting our account up, helping us navigate everything including specific state & city forms that we needed.  They are always there for us to answer our questions and the ,manager Steve checks in every couple weeks to see if there's anything we need. I gotta be honest here.. over the years we shopped around for the right company to handle our payroll needs.. we wanted the professionalism of a huge corporate company with the intimacy of a small mom and pop small business, essentially trying to have our cake and eat it too.. needless to say P.S.S has and continues to exceed our expectations. Love Payroll Service Solutions! Have been using them for over 10 years now and recommend all my friends and clients. Their customer service is outstanding.
